The old Island Lettings branding had served them well but after several years of inconsistent use, the brand was looking tired, out of date and no longer reflected their true values. They approached us to help realign their brand with their values and design a creative, consistent and robust visual system to apply across their communications but that also speaks about their history, after the merger of 3 leading local agencies that was the foundation of Island Lettings.

The final visual we designed shows the 3 previous agencies formed to shape a ‘coming together’ with full focus on the Isle of Wight along with the soft colour palette showing approachability and subtleness. The groundwork for sub branding was also developed, giving us the option to grow other arms of the business at a click of the finger.

After the new branding was completed and working with the guidelines we set, we were tasked to design a striking website making use of the new colours while showing the human side of Island Lettings by focusing on their small, but well-formed team to build the trust both tenants and landlords seek. We integrated the new website visuals into WordPress along with a powerful property feed which was powered by their internal software pushing property updates to the website. Completely mobile and tablet friendly the new website became accessible to a much wider audience from the moment it was set live.

If you’ve got an ambitious project which needs the Peekaboo touch, let’s talk.
